This will be held via Zoom or video call so we can discuss your counselling goals, access requirements, and get to know one another. You can then decide whether you wish to go ahead with further appointments online or in-person in Winchester, Hampshire.

I charge £60 a session (50 minutes), £30 for initial sessions.
