ABOUT ME
I am a qualified, BACP registered counsellor, committed to ethical, professional practice.
I have always been interested in people and their lives, studying Psychology at BSc and PhD levels as a young adult. After various experiences researching and applying Psychology within charities, Universities and the public sector, I then trained in counselling. I have loved bringing together theoretical knowledge with my lived experience, gaining wisdom, humility, and acceptance. My College required students to undertake our own personal therapy, so I understand both sides of the counselling experience.
I know that counselling can be profound, transformative, and for me, has enabled great compassion towards myself and for others navigating life’s challenges.
